Shipping policy

Where we ship. We ship across the United States, with international shipping available to select countries at checkout.

Processing times. Build-your-own kits ship within 3 to 5 business days. Studio-finished Monitor Huggers are made to order and typically ship in about 2 to 3 weeks. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates. U.S. orders of $100 or more ship FREE — every Monitor Hugger qualifies. Orders under $100 are calculated at checkout based on your address.

Lost or delayed packages. Once an order ships, delivery times are in the carrier's hands. If a package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will help track it down.
