How made-to-order works
Hand-painted pieces are made just for you, so here is how we keep it fair for everyone.
Order
Pick your hugger and your finish (hand-painted or DIY kit). Leave color preferences in the order notes box at checkout.
We paint (or pack)
Hand-painted orders are made in 2 to 3 weeks. DIY kits ship in 3 to 5 days with glue, assembly instructions, and a painting guide.
You approve
For hand-painted orders we send a photo of the finished piece before it ships.
Ship
Your hugger ships with the mounting kit and illustrated installation guide.
Because each piece is hand-painted, small variations in paint tones and detail are part of the charm and make yours one of a kind. Your deposit is fully refundable until we begin painting.

Will it fit my monitor?
Yes. Monitor huggers fit standard desktop monitors. The grip works on screens up to about an inch thick. Not for laptops.
How do I request specific colors?
At checkout, leave your color preferences in the order notes box. Specific palette, theme colors, go wild, whatever you want. If you don't leave a request, we'll paint it artist's choice in colors and shading similar to the product photo.
Do I need tools?
No. The included mounting kit installs in minutes with no tools required.
Will it damage my screen?
No. The bracket is screen-safe and the character is lightweight. Mounted as instructed it will not damage your monitor.
What is it made of?
Premium PLA on a designed bracket. Soft-touch finish, sturdy core.
Will mine match the photos?
Because each piece is hand-painted, small variations are part of the charm. Yours will be one of a kind. Colors and shading will vary.
How big are they?
Large enough to make a statement on your monitor. Roughly 8 inches tall at the largest dimension.
Do I need to be an experienced painter for the DIY kit?
Not at all. We started with very little painting experience ourselves. The kit ships with glue, step-by-step assembly, and a painting guide using the dry-brush method. Cheap brushes and basic acrylic paints from any craft store or online are all you need. It's a fun, beginner-friendly project.
